With the Personal development Mentoring, we will work to identify  personal strengths to your practice and personal barriers that may be hindering your success. My goal is to help you establish a structured plan of action for developing yourself as a therapist.

I put in the hard work as an employee for twenty-one years, learning from some of the best business owners. I feel truly humbled by the opportunities I have been given. My current success is a direct result of my hard work, my experiences and my ability to take direction from others to get out of my own way. Oh, and also many years of good therapy!
